An important part of your CBT is having SOME knowledge of the Highway Code. Many people arrive at their CBT and have never even read the Highway Code and expect us to teach them the rules of the road as well as teaching them to ride a bike in one day! Before attending your CBT it is expected that you know what the Highway Code is, why it is important, and have read it.
